We provide physical activity studio access, coached movement blocks, open floor sessions, and related equipment as described on our website. Schedule information is indicative and may change for operational reasons.

Eligibility and studio conduct

Participants must follow coach instructions, respect zone markings, and use equipment only as directed. You are responsible for disclosing relevant physical limitations before joining high-intensity blocks. We may refuse access when safety rules are not followed.

Content on this site is for general information. You may not scrape, automate access, or misuse contact forms. Intellectual property in text and layout belongs to Flushingvrfreshe unless otherwise noted.

Purchases

Prices listed on the products page are in euros and may be updated. Purchases at the desk are subject to our Return Policy. Pass validity periods are stated at purchase.

Physical activity involves inherent risk. To the extent permitted by Finnish law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from website unavailability or participation in studio sessions beyond mandatory consumer protections.
