Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to passes and physical products sold by Flushingvrfreshe at the Daily Movement studio, Pursimiehenkatu 12, 00150 Helsinki, Finland.

Single floor passes

Unused single-day passes may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase if no studio entry has been recorded. Present your receipt at the front desk.

Session packs

Partially used packs are refunded on a pro-rata basis for remaining unused entries, minus a €10 administrative fee. Fully unused packs purchased within fourteen days may be refunded in full.

Physical gear

Unused gear in original condition with receipt may be returned within fourteen days for exchange or refund. Items showing wear, chalk residue, or missing components are not eligible.

Non-refundable items

Chalk blocks and consumable bands opened from packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Orientation fees, if separately listed, are non-refundable once the orientation has taken place.

How to request a return

Visit the desk during staffed hours or email contactus@flushingvrfreshe.world with your purchase date and product name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Finnish consumer protection law for distance or on-premises contracts where applicable.
